Hello Students,
As you know, we will be getting more practice with blogging. In this blog, you are going to write about your favorite Carnival Character. You will be expected to look at the pictures and read the descriptions of each character on the links provided on your desktops. Next, make a decision once you understand what the characters are about. After you make your decision on your favorite character you will write your comment. After reading the comments of at least two other classmates, you will re-write your draft in a new comment box adding or taking away details as needed.
Another link with the history of Carnival is provided for you to help you make an informed decision. I have also attached a calypso music link onto your desktop so that you can listen to others tell about these famous characters using the popular calypso music genre.
Remember this activity will last about twenty minutes so make good use of your time.
